The work rereads the historical performance of Vito Acconci Following Piece (1969), in which the artist chased someone on the street until she entered a private space. Here the artist remakes the documentation of this work and also uses the photographic record, but pursues himself and not someone else. With this gesture, he reinstates the action in a time of selfies and constant maintenance of his own image, expecting an encounter with a multiple of himself.
